My MBA in Management from Barry University gave me a grounding in core business functions — strategy, operations, and organizational behavior — and how they interact. It was the bridge between the broad, interdisciplinary lens of my undergraduate degree and the specialized, leadership-focused work I'm now doing in my DBA.
What it reinforced
The MBA sharpened how I think about translating research findings into decisions a business can actually act on — a theme that carries through everything I do as a researcher at VillatechUSA.
Where it leads
It set the stage for doctoral-level work in Organizational Leadership and Strategic Management, which I'm now pursuing at St. Thomas University.
