I'm currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Management at St. Thomas University, with an expected completion year of 2030. The program is focused on Organizational Leadership and Strategic Management — two areas that speak directly to how I already approach research: understanding not just what the data says, but how an organization can act on it.
Why a DBA
A DBA is a practice-oriented doctorate, which fits how I like to work. It lets me pair advanced academic training in leadership and strategy with the applied research work I do day to day, rather than treating theory and practice as separate tracks.
Focus areas
- Organizational Leadership
- Strategic Management
This builds directly on the foundation from my MBA in Management and continues to inform how I approach research methodology and evidence-based decision-making in my current role.
